We are looking for a talented Technical and Product Management Specialist with an understanding of diesel engine technology and associated componentry to join our Fleetguard Filtration team at our Kilsyth (VIC) branch.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Act as the Fleetguard Warranty Administrator for the South Pacific region ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers.
Lead product trials, investigate application issues in the field, work directly with customers and the sales team to assist with tenders, application issues, warranty claims, quality issues, provide technical product expertise and knowledge, and deliver training on Fleetguard products and services.
Adapt and develop training content appropriate for the audience.
Maintain strong internal working relationships with the Product Management, Global Warranty and Quality teams and act as a conduit to ensure the Sales and Marketing Teams are kept informed about warranty claims, and product developments, introductions, and innovations.
Experience with automotive and/or hydraulic filtration products, and/or related diesel engine parts would be an advantage.

Be able to solve problems by leveraging industry standard and Fleetguard product specific methodologies to determine the assignable cause within appropriate time constraints.
Applicants with hydraulic industry experience are encouraged to apply. Such experience would have substantial exposure with a variety of filtration types and applications that are not just limited to engine applications.
